I loved meeting Adam and Stacey over happy hour at my house a few weeks before the big day. They didn't seem to mind that I would be 21 weeks pregnant while shooting their wedding. (Don't worry, I didn't partake in any happy of the hour). Adam seemed just as excited about the photos as Stacey, which is always so refreshing for a wedding photographer. He was just as involved on wedding day. You could tell how much he adored her and how much she adored him. At one point, while getting their picture taken, someone said, "act like you like her" and he said, "No, I love her!" in such a sweet sincere way. Precious. It is so obvious that these two were meant to be together. We searched around for some mid-October Michigan color but everything was still so green! Who needs a few colored leaves though when someone's love shines so bright on camera? You always hope for days like these as a photographer...when everything lines up, the weather is gorgeous and the bride and groom can't keep their hands off each other (making them perfect subjects you don't even have to pose). Perfection. Thanks Adam and Stacey and I hope you are enjoying the first few weeks of wedded bliss.
